Jennifer Skimson
As Director of Affinity Markets, Jennifer Skimson focuses on creating awareness and educating advisors on complementary protection products which help fulfill their clients insurance needs.
In 2005, after teaching English in China, Jennifer began her career with Manulife on the Distribution Administration Team. In 2009, she became one of the first members of the inside insurance wholesaler team supporting advisors in Atlantic Canada. In 2011, Jennifer accepted the role of Affinity Sales Manager in the British Columbia Region relocating to Vancouver. As she matured into the exterior wholesaler role, she earned her CHS Designation in 2011.
Jennifer created a number of successful sales processes and campaigns which led to her territory becoming #1 in Travel Sales in Canada. At the end of 2017, Jennifer returned to Waterloo as the New Sales Manager for Affinity Markets for Southern Ontario and Atlantic Canada.
