BlueSun Advisor & RepVision Outage Update #3

Update #3 (February 21 @ 3:00pm)

We are happy to report access to RepVision including Fundserv connectivity have both been restored. All Fundserv files have been imported and are up to date. We are now able to process trades directly through WealthServ Investments. Access to your client demographic and portfolio information are available.

Since the network outage on Wednesday, February 17:

  • All trades were submitted to the Carrier for processing.
  • Copies of documents provided after February 16 may not be visible on RepVision until later this week.
  • Last week’s commission statements are not yet available, however, the information is available on RepVision. Commission processing for this week will not be affected.
  • Access to all reporting has been disabled temporarily.
  • Form Depot is temporarily unavailable.

iPipeline is working on the insurance platform and access is currently not available at this time. We will provide an update on the status by tomorrow. Rest assured our offices are continuing to process your paper and eApplication business as well as following-up on your pending cases.
