10/8 policies draft legislation released on September 13, 2013

On September 13, 2013, the Department of Finance released draft legislative proposals which implement a number of tax measures that were introduced in the spring federal budget (March 21, 2013), including “Eliminating the unintended tax benefits of leveraged life insurance arrangements”.
