Isabelle Parent

Ms Parent began her career in personal insurance with Humania Assurance in 2012 in the customer contact and representative service centres. With strong experience in sales and teaching, she is quickly recognized for her outstanding know-how and service.

In an effort to develop her expertise, Ms Parent attended various courses at LOMA, including the first level of the FLMI. She also earned her LOMA ACS and ALMI designation.

Thanks to this experience, she developed strong communication and extension skills. Ms Parent offers support and assistance to both policyholders and brokers.

Since 2022, she has been the Maritimes Business Development Representative and has stepped in for Ontario and Manitoba since June. Isabelle has distinguished herself through her determination, agility and commitment to her clients, which has enabled her to develop
excellent relationships with our business partners.
