BMO Insurance | Wave 28

Further to the communications you received last week regarding our new Wave 28 software version, we would like to highlight the following items regarding the transition rules:

1. To benefit from Wave 27 rates for our 20 Pay Life product, please make sure that the application is received at our Head office (60 Yonge) on or before Friday May 23rd. Only originals are accepted.
2. Regarding the Term 10 and 20 applications submitted before May 26th which are still in underwriting, please specify which Wave version (27 or 28) you would like us to issue the policy. Your support will dramatically reduce unnecessary reissues and, as a result, help us maintain a good policy issue turnaround time.
3. For policies issued as Wave 27 but not yet settled, we would be able to reissue as Wave 28 subject to the attached transition guidelines i.e. old policy is returned with a written request and the delivery requirements are received on or prior to June 9th.
