SSQ Insurance | Correction to the Information Folder

Due to an unfortunate printing error, the ASTRA Funds Information Folder and Contract has been reprinted. Fund Facts for two funds: the ASTRA Calamos Global Equity Fund and the ASTRA International Index Fund must be replaced.

We offer two options:

• You may print the two corrected Fund Facts and attach them to the Information Folder and Contract (version 2013-05) you already have; OR
• You may order the corrected Information Folder and Contract (2013-06) and dispose of the versions you currently have when you receive the new ones. Please use the order form.

The investors who have enrolled since May 21, 2013, may go to our Web site to consult the Fund Facts document.
