Windows 10: How to find Internet Explorer

  1. Click the “Start” icon
  2. Type, “internet”
  3. Click the first result
  4. More information

Browser Not Supported

  1. When visiting www.quotes4life.ca using Microsoft Internet Explorer 11 you may see a warning stating, “Browser Not Supported”.
  2. Click, “Tools” or the gear icon located in the top-right corner of Internet Explorer.
  3. Click, “Compatibility View settings”.
  4. Click, “Add”.
  5. Click, “Close”.
  6. The page will refresh and you will now see all of the programs.

Invalid Credentials

Windows 8.1 / 10

  1. Click the Start button.
  2. Type, “Credential Manager” and select the first option in the list.
  3. Click, “Windows Credentials”.
  4. Remove every instance of Quotes4Life by clicking the down arrow to the right of the entry and clicking “Remove from vault”.
  5. Log in to Quotes4Life using the credentials you were assigned, launch an application, enter your credentials again but DO NOT click “Remember my credentials”.

Windows 7

  1. Click the start orb / button.
  2. Type “Manage network passwords” in the “Search programs and files” search box.
  3. Click the first entry in the list.
  4. Under the “Windows Credentials section” remove every instance of Quotes4Life by clicking the down arrow to the right of the entry and clicking “Remove from vault”.
  5. Log in to Quotes4Life using the credentials you were assigned, launch an application, enter your credentials again but DO NOT click “Remember my credentials”.

Windows XP

  1. Click “Start”.
  2. Click “Control Panel”.
  3. Click “User Accounts”.
  4. Click the user account that you are currently using.
  5. Click “Manage my network passwords” from the menu located in the top-left portion of the window.
  6. Remove every instance of Quotes4Life.
  7. Log in to Quotes4Life using the credentials you were assigned, launch an applications, enter your credentials again but DO NOT click “Remember my password”.

Saving Illustrations as PDFs

  1. Download and install CutePDF Writer (Download link)
  2. Follow the onscreen installation instructions however, un-check the following options:
    • “Make Ask my default search provider”
    • “Make Ask.com my browser home page and new tabs page”
  3. Visit www.quotes4life.ca and launch an application of your choice.
  4. Preview your illustration and click print.
  5. From the printer selection drop-down menu select “CutePDF Writer (redirected #) and click “Print”.
  6. A “Save As” window will appear. Select your “Save in” directory, give your illustration a file name and click “Save”.
