Empire Life | Electronic copies of semi-annual customer statements for investments

You asked and we listened…..we have good news, we will no longer be sending paper copies of semi-annual customer statements to your office.

We believe this environmentally friendly option offers more value, convenience, and security. PDF copies of client statements are available on the Business Centre so that statements can be printed individually as needed.

Your advisors can access their statements in the same way, however, if advisors would like to continue to receive mailed statements, please contact us via email at dealerservices@empire.ca   Your request must be submitted, prior to November 28, 2014. We will send the client statements to your office for distribution to the advisor.

At this time, we will continue to provide customers with paper copies of their statements. We plan to continue to pursue online solutions, and expect that we will be able to provide more electronic options in the future.
