There are also benefits to processing accounts and transactions through FundSERV, including:

    • More transparency, due to consolidated reporting that allows MGAs to create snapshots of business for their advisors.
    • Electronic updates to your back-office system without any manual updating.
    • Faster processing, and any trades that are not in good order are identified right away.

To find out which transactions can be completed through FundSERV, please see our FundSERV Network Dealer Admin Manual

Restock now for FATCA

In order to comply with FATCA, we have made changes to our applications. These updated applications are available online and for order. We will continue to accept the current version of the application for life insurance policies without cash values or a registered investment policy (eg. RRSP), however, to ensure that you distribute the updated version of the application, please destroy all old stock and start using the new applications by July 1, 2014.

For more information on FATCA, including which applications are impacted and what these changes mean from an administrative perspective, please see CIRE 2014-18.

Fast and Full Encrypted Email

The Fast and Full administration team currently sends you a copy of the Fast and Full application via an encrypted email. Some of these emails are not being opened and therefore, you will not receive a copy of the new application submitted by your advisor.

These emails expire 2 weeks from the date that they are sent, so it is important that you open the email when received. Some emails have been caught in spam filters so we ask that you check your spam mail regularly.
