On Sunday, March 18, 2012, you may have received an email update of Pending Policy Requirements from our broker portal, Bluesky.
This email was sent in error. During a routine system update, a file was corrupted and Bluesky generated an email that included every pending policy requirement that had been updated within the last 30 days.
This means you may have already been notified of changes to most of the policies listed in the email and no action is required on your part. Unfortunately, there is no way to identify the policies listed in the email that may have been updated over the weekend.
You can take the following steps to check if any pending policies were recently updated.
- Log on to Bluesky and click on the Search tab.
- Check the boxes beside Pending, Approved, Issue – Not Paid and Reopen.
- Enter March 17, 2012 beside the Status Date and click Search.
