The Millenium universal life and critical illness reprice has caused new business service delays due to a significant increase in business volumes. We apologize for these delays and assure you our New Business team is aware of the March 23 cut-off date and working diligently to prioritize and process business accordingly.

These increased volumes are temporary and expected to stabilize by the middle of March.
